Refund Policy: All items purchased are not returnable or refundable if opened unless defective.  Any items sealed in their packages and returned within 30 days of purchase are eligible for exchange or return.  Fighting Gravity will only accept refund or exchange requests by e-mail to refunds@fightinggravity.com.  only accept written e-mail requests and non-ticket refunds are paid by check or our current credit card merchant account. Digital music downloads are NEVER refundable.  All sales are final.
